Materials
Ultra Essence is used for Ultra creation. Super uses Super Substance, Hyper uses Scalacz Hiper and Mega uses Scalacz Mega. Do not transfer ordinary-upgrade loss rules to these families.
Ultra creation
Many recipes require two Secret Class copies and essence; some require extra ingredients or quests. The historical chance table does not include increases from ordinary combining bonuses:
| Item | Chance |
|---|---|
| Armour / accessory | 25% |
| Headband | 15% |
| Belt | 10% |
| Scouter | 35% |
| Time ring | 65% |
| Power outfit, pet armour, pet helmet | 50% |
| Power boots, power gloves | 50% |
| Guardian Symbol / Chi | 50% |
Power boots and gloves involve G-Born 2000, Secret Class and a fourth-instance crystal. The outfit uses thread joining combat and training variants. These are recipe pointers, not a complete ingredient list for every version.

|---|---|
| +1–+6 | 5000 |
| +7–+11 | 15000 |
| +12–+16 | 50000 |

A daily restriction has been recorded; its complete scope and reset time are not established.
Mega upgrades
The historical description gives one daily attempt and a base chance of 25% minus 1 percentage point per existing upgrade level. Failure does not destroy or downgrade the item, or increase the next attempt’s chance. Attribute growth ends at +25. A Cephiro daily quest describes a route to Scalacz Mega. The reset time is unknown; these historical rules do not verify the current game version.
